What is the software?
Our bespoke PBA questionnaire allows claims management companies to ask simple and straightforward questions surrounding the sale of a customer’s packaged bank account. Once our short questionnaire has been completed, the system automatically establishes whether or not the customer has a Basis of Claim. Specific details from the questionnaire are then populated onto the FOS’ Packaged Bank Account Consumer Questionnaire, and the system generates a PDF copy of this without the need for any manual case handler work.
How does it work?
Currently being used by some of the UK's most successful claims management companies, our mis-selling complaints are focussed on improving win rates and reducing time-barred final responses. Packaged Bank Account complaints are not subject to the pending fee-cap from the FCA, and PBA complaints are not subject to the August 2019 PPI time bar.
