The people behind SIRCH Solutions started off as the in-house software development team for a contact centre based in South Wales, developing their internal customer relationship management (CRM) system, allowing the business to automate much of its back end administration processes, whilst improving the staff journey to benefit its customers.
During this time, we looked at the ever expanding market of software development and software solutions, and realised that we could add so much value to other companies out there, where the solutions available to them were either too expensive or didn’t quite meet their business needs.
This led to us creating SIRCH Solutions in 2017; we are now actively looking to help other companies in the same way, through robust system development and automation, to promote efficiencies, reduce costs and move away from spreadsheets and access databases.
Our team of experienced project managers, database architects, developers, graphic designers and account managers have over 100 years’ combined experience in system development and business development.
